7. To make sure that everyone has an opportunity to benefit from this promotion, each call is limited to 1 minute. However, there are no restrictions on calling the same destination multiple times. However, if you have a MediaRing Talk Out credit balance, you will not be limited to the 1 minute, but your account will be charged at published rates for that portion of your call that exceeds 1 minute.
   
   
8. Promotion minutes are not redeemable for cash.
   
   
9. During the promotion period, MediaRing will make reasonable efforts to complete calls but cannot guarantee that all calls will be connected.

Are these calls really free?
Yes, they are free. No purchase is required. Just sign-up, download the MediaRing Talk client and start making phone calls

Are calls free to UK mobile line?
No, unfortunately for UK, you can make free calls ONLY to landlines.

Are calls free to Taiwan mobile line?
No, unfortunately for Taiwan, you can make free calls ONLY to landlines.

Are calls free to Australia mobile line?
No, unfortunately for Australia, you can make free calls ONLY to landlines.

Can I talk forever on a free call?
No, unfortunately to give a fair chance to everyone, each call is limited to 1 minute. Though, you can always call the same number again.

At times when making a call, why do I get a message to try again?
Our users enjoy tens of thousands of free calls everyday. During certain times of the day, we see a significant spike in usage which results in that message. But do try again, and your call will definitely go through.

If I have a credit balance, will my call still be limited to 1 minute?
If you have a credit balance, you can still enjoy free calls. Your first 1 minute of the call will be free, thereafter we will charge you based the published rate for the duration of the call over the 1 minute. For example: if you place a call to the USA for 8 minutes, your first 1 minute will be free, and we will charge your account for the 7 minutes only.

Why is my country not in the list of eligible countries?
MediaRing offers multiple services across the globe. It is very likely that we may be promoting a different service in your country and hence it is not in the list.

If i make a call using MediaRing Talk for Mobile, will I enjoy this promotion?
No. This promotion do not apply to MediaRing Talk for Mobile.
