Check phone firmware settings |
| |

| If you are holding on to an earlier release of Nokia E series smartphone, you should check your firmware even though the model is in our supported phone model list. To check your phones firmware version, enter #000# on your phone keypad. If the firmware has a Version or Release Date that is prior to those presented below, you may be required to upgrade your phone firmware in order for the service to work. Check with your phone manufacturer or vendor. |
